I think there are many advantages to white roses, besides that they are pretty, I feel they really lighten things up in the garden. The rose is so big that the photo doesn't show it, but there is rust one some leaves and by today it has become worse. As great as all the rain was that we were having this winter my roses have responded with a lot more disease than in previous years. I find it odd that it dies each year at the end of summer in your garden.
